Job Title: Regional / Senior Operations Manager
Location: Remote-based (with occasional office days at Head Office in Bingham)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the performance, compliance, and day-to-day running of multiple sites from a central, on-site location. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, operational insight, and a commitment to ensuring best practice across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations across multiple sites from a central office
• Oversee staff performance, rota planning, and team supervision
• Ensure full compliance with SIA, ACS, ICO, and relevant health & safety legislation
• Conduct and review risk assessments and ensure all SOPs are current and followed
• Lead on the implementation of best practices across operational processes
• Support HR functions including disciplinaries, investigations, and performance reviews
• Deliver and oversee training and development of team members
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Ensure proper documentation, audits, and reporting are completed accurately and on time
• Support business growth and efficiency through hands-on problem solving and strategic improvements
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites
• Valid SIA licence (Non-Frontline or Frontline accepted)
• Clean UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of health & safety, risk assessments, and SOP creation
• Experience with HR processes and disciplinary procedures
• Solid leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SIA, ICO, ACS)
• Experience in training and developing staff
• Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
