We are looking for a motivated Admin/HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with HR-related tasks, and help maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
The successful candidate will be paid at an hourly rate.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Employee Records: Keep both soft and hard copies of employee records up to date.
- Update HR Databases: Enter new hires, holidays, and sick leaves into HR systems.
- Process Employee Requests: Handle various employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate HR Matters: Organise HR meetings.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads, processing CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage Communications: Handle internal and external inquiries related to HR.
- Prepare Reports: Create reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Onboarding: Provide inductions for new employees, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
- Skills: Proficiency in HR software, MS Office applications, and strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labour legislation and excellent teamwork skills.
