Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: On-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Salary: £25,500 – £28,000 per annum

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and dependable Office Administrator to provide essential support across a range of business and personal operations. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail. The position is fully on-site, with consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support across multiple businesses and ventures
• Assist with day-to-day operations and business activities of the owner
• Handle personal admin tasks, including management of home and rental property-related matters
• Provide general sales support, including assisting with enquiries, following up leads, and basic CRM management
• Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers as needed
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Maintain organised records, filing systems, and correspondence
• Assist in any other business-related or ad hoc duties as required

• Previous experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or office support role
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness
• Competency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
