🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Marketing & Media Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating national-scale marketing campaigns that drive downloads, create buzz, and generate real user engagement.
You’ll take full ownership of our marketing strategy across all platforms – from social media to paid advertising, PR engagement to influencer outreach.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute national app launch strategies (pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases)
• Oversee multi-channel advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and more
• Drive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising performance and user acquisition goals
• Develop and manage PR campaigns, journalist relationships, and media placement strategies
• Lead content strategy across social, web, and email for brand consistency and engagement
• Design targeted campaigns to key demographics (students, parents, professionals, etc.)
• Track KPIs, report on ROI, and iterate campaigns using data-driven insights
• Engage influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to boost visibility
• Build hype: social stunts, countdowns, referral incentives, press kits, app store previews, etc.

💼 Requirements
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or PR – preferably within tech or app sectors
• Proven success in launching tech products or apps nationally
• Expert in social advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.
• Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and campaign automation
• Track record of PR/media engagement and relationship-building with journalists
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and brand voice alignment
• Comfortable working with designers, developers, and external agencies
• Highly analytical: experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards
