Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Auditor with a background in military or police service. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operational processes are efficient, compliant, and effective. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operational integrity. This is a part-time position and we aim to offer flexible working hours where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site security audits of operational processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas of security and health & safety risk and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, site visits and schedules.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations auditing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in operations auditing.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Eye for detail, grammar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
