Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Provide insights to support strategic sales decisions.
  • Data Input: Accurately input and update information into our CRM and other databases. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing valuable insights, preparing sales materials, and organising sales meetings.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain positive relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support their initiatives and provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, research, and data input. Experience in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software such as Hubspot and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for at least 12 months.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
